Mimosa or Bloody Mary?

One of the best things about brunch is that it is one of the only times it’s socially acceptable to drink before noon.  There are many drinks to choose from but the two most popular — the mimosa and the Bloody Mary — are the subject today.  I know a lot of people who love one and hate the other.  So what’s your preference on a Sunday morning?

    Bill’s Bloody Mary Mix (tailgate proportions)
    1.5 gallons V8
    .75 gallons Tomato Juice
    2 cups beef stock
    1 Tbsp celery salt
    1 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
    1 tsp ground white pepper
    1 Tbsp Old Bay
    1 tsp garlic salt
    20 drops Tabasco
    25 drops Worchester Sauce
    2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
